GreenplanetFM interviews Richard Main on the Gardens4Health Initiative for Diabetes Projects Trust (Ultimo) posted Fri March 5th 2010 @ 12:00 AM
Imagine a whole country where the population has a dynamic relationship with their environment - that locally, directly feeds them with the most vital of sustenance - fresh healthy, organic produce – that they grow themselves.
Now visualize the largest NZ city with close on 20 co-operative urban gardens doing just that already, with the probability of an extra 100 plus clusters spread across the Auckland landscape in the next 18 months.
Community garden oases of verdant health that become the focal point for family, friends and neighbours to grow, meet and share in the spirit of goodwill. Read More »
Trust, Being Calm and Living in the Unknown (KimKnight) posted Wed March 3rd 2010 @ 10:27 PM
"Trust comes from knowing that when we are in a good qigong state, which is the healthiest state of life, we should trust that everything that is going to happen will be a good thing”. Yuan Tze
Hello fellow Qi Gong practitioners. I’d like to share a wonderful story (well, for me anyway) about putting the teachings of Zhineng Qi Gong into practice.
Since the November retreat last year my life has been quite strange. After having had a massive shift in awareness around emotions, (ie, that we don’t actually need to experience negative emotions at all), and really experiencing from inside my body the reality of how the Qi of emotions damages the organs and drains energy, I’ve been integrating this new information (state) and living more than ever before in the unknown. The Electromagnetic field...comedy of errors (GailNicholls) posted Mon March 1st 2010 @ 10:27 PM
Hi Folks
Nostrodamus did state in the 1500's to watch the sky for signs! Well, I have got the message now, loud and clear!
Have you noticed the moon lately. The energies are amazing. I have taken photos of it and they show one minute the moon is normal size and the next, double in size! Another is a violet purple light radiates from the side of it that is so beautiful. I wallow in its divine energy. But it is an energy and what a powerful one it is!
The latest full moon sure has been playing up with us. It is fast becoming a joke amongst my friends. Read More »
Introducing Richard Moat and Moativational Medicine (RichardMoat) posted Mon March 1st 2010 @ 8:25 AM
I am:
A recent arrival from my native UK, I have re-located to this part of the world as I believe it holds special significance for both the physical and spiritual evolution of the planet. More importantly, it feels like home and that the time is right for me to ‘return’ here to continue the work I started and trained in in the UK.
My passion is for:
Educating and enlightening on the connection between our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health.
I help other people by:
Explaining how and why we become ill, dissolving the undischarged emotional and energetic resonances we carry within us that hold us back, and empowering individuals to live a life focused on creating wellness rather than avoiding illness. Read More »

40 Burmese refugee kids just got fed !!! (MartinGray) posted Thu February 18th 2010 @ 1:14 PM
WOW !!! Just letting you know I am THRILLED to have today made a small, first 'giving' via Buy 1 Give 1.
Early days, but I got the ball rolling:
I chose a 'cause' that matched both my country/interest (eg Thailand : a Burmese border refugee camp) for US$0.20 donated from each Body Balance transaction, this buys one child-orphan a nutritious meal (I can change my contribution, cause, frequency whenever I like).
100% of the fund goes from my PayPal account DIRECT to the cause (in this case "Child's Dream Association" www.childsdream.org) , not to or thru B1G1. I will do this at the end of each calendar month.
