My purpose and passion in life is to assist with the ‘shift in consciousness.’ Being instumental in sourcing information and organising events that facilitate myself and others in the experience of this change.

I have always had an inner drive to discover who I am, what makes me tick and what my purpose in life is! My thirst for knowledge was externalized, looking for the answer in all the books, seminars, workshops etc that I attended around the world. I found many helpful tools that seemed to work for a while and then I would start to experience depression again.

In 1997 I came to New Zealand from South Africa and a corporate environment in marketing and public relations. Following my passion I studied many natural therapies,curious to know how the body worked. I wanted to understand my own body and the different physical aspects of what it was telling me.

I was then drawn to metaphysics and how the mind works, the thought process and how we determine our reality. I discovered awesome tools that enabled me to embrace the truth of who we really are and how we are the co-creators of our reality.

Moving from first understanding the physical body to then exploring energy and then to the metaphysical – understanding how thoughts beliefs and conditioning create our physical form.
