Catherine is originally from the UK and grew up in New Zealand. She has recently returned to Aoteoroa from England after a 15 year sojourn to study, live and work in London and Bristol, UK. Whilst there she created a sucessful healing practice, worked for a large natural health company and performed as part of a contemporary dance company.

Henri is Italian/Australian and moved to New Zealand in 2007. He is an accomplished healer and practitioner of Martial Arts and originally set up Balanced Energy as a healing and taiji/qigong studio in the Blue Mountains in Australia. He is also an accomplished Chef and creator of Sacred Art.

We currently live on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula where we run our natural health and healing co creation, Balanced Energy Beauty Spa + Health Clinic. This comprises a Beauty Spa and Health Clinic with a studio for the healing arts, our own brand of unique vibrational essences, sacred art, facilitation of courses, workshops and health programmes for attaining peak performance.

With a strong background in the physical arts of yoga, martial arts, taiji, qigong, dance, and trapeze (over 30 years), complimented by 15-20 years of experience in Energy Medicine, our focus is on a high level of whole body energy balance.

We come from a deeply held perspective of truly believing that healing is simply about remembering our naturally harmonious and balanced energy that we all hold deep within us and that is, in fact, the very fabric of the universe we live in
