From Brisbane Australia, New Zealander Graeme Sait is an Author/Educator.

Graeme Sait, is the co-founder of Qld Company, Nutri-Tech Solutions (NTS), a recognised world leader in sustainable agriculture/horticulture. He is a sought after, global keynote speaker, plus the founder of Radiance, a 6 day Wellness Festival that attracts crowds in excess of 12,000. He has many years of researching health and wellbeing and the benefits of all the correct foods especially fats and oils to teas, herbal remedies plus soil health agricultural systems and biological farming etc.

Learn of the profound interdependence of soil microflora of bacteria and fungi that is crucial to plant growth, healthy soil (and sequesting Co2 from the atmosphere). Just like the micro flora in our gut and digestive system, when we are free of chemical additives, everything flourishes and comes back into balance.

Graeme will be in Auckland on Friday the 27th at Earthsong in Waitakere and on Waiheke Island, Saturday the 28th sharing with us his extensive knowledge on the link between soil, health and nutrition.

What an amazing interview! I could listen to Graeme for hours, he certainly is a wealth of information.

This is further confirmation of "as above, so below" and "as within, so without".

This week we interview Susie Newborn, a founding member of Greenpeace when activism was pioneering ecological action. She signed the cheque that bought the boat which became the Rainbow Warrior and was the person who gave the boat this name.

Involved in saving whales and harp seals she was on the Rainbow Warrior that was captured by the Spaniards but stealthily escaped causing the admiral of the Spanish fleet to resign.

Susie is a human ecologist of green, social and artistic action and also a mother. Originally from the UK, Susie Newborn now resides on Waiheke Island.

Involved today in films, social justice and eco housing, listen to someone who has lived her life to the full and is still very much involved in community and life.

The GreenplanetFM Podcast

Saturday, June 7th 2008 @ 11:49 AM (not yet rated)    post viewed 1774 times

This is Tim Lynch welcomimg you to the GreenplanetFM.com Podcast.

This is the first post on Holistic Living, and it pleases me that I can use this opportunity to explain the premise of GreenplanetFM.

First, the new world view that's coming is that our planet is a super organism and not a dead rock with life somehow hanging off it.

Yet, still today the economic model that is embedded in the old conservative paradigm is unable to "feel' the connection to this profound organism that exists beneath our feet. This same 'being' that gives us oxygen, water and food, however it won't be long before this changes and is openly acknowledged throughout our civilisation.

Meanwhile the aim of GreenplanetFM is to mobilise consciousness to this connection, that we need to become aware of the web of life that we are embedded in and realise that we as a humanity are in transition to an evolutionary spike and high point where we will finally break through into a new spirituality - one where we recognise that we all share the same breath, and that we are all one race, one people and one planet at peace.

Sustainability and cooperative living being the operative words.

GreenplanetFM 104.6 interviews people, making a positive difference towards love, community and growing into the light of our own true selves.
