Experience our journey into Balanced Energy

Beautiful places of rest and relaxation where nature shines its beauty and heals the soul abound on our planet. Every interaction we have with any environment or person can bring our energy up or down, and the choice is ours.
I really learnt this when I lived in London and Bristol in England for many years, sometimes I felt literally oppressed by the ugliness of the city and the suffering I saw and experienced, then something would shine its light out to me in the midst of the chaos of the city, even just a beautiful smile from a passing commuter or a sliver of a moon peeping out from behind a cloud, and my heart would be filled with joy and wonder for the amazing and intricate universe we live in.
I am always inspired by the different ways in which we all contribute to the whole planet and the way we are.
On my journeys I have met many amazing, inspiring and life changing people and found different energies in different places. Some places brought fear, others peace and tranquility. Whatever the experience it was mind expanding and I am grateful for all (though maybe not the one where I was stuck in Hoek van Holland overnight in the middle of winter with nowhere to stay!!!!!)
So join us on our journey into Balanced Energy as we travel to some of the most beautiful, and not so beautiful places around the Earth to teach to learn to experience life and follow our dreams of creating and building what our intuitive drive compels us to do.
This is the first of a series of ongoing blogs by Henri and Catherine where we will be sharing many places and experiences with you as we move about the planet doing our work.
Today I am lucky enough to be at home on Waiheke Island enjoying a view of rain and sunshine and rainbows in our valley whilst I work busily in my office.
Henri has just returned from a visit to Thailand where he has been training therapists at the beautiful Evason Six Senses Phuket, and visiting Sukkasart Institute of the Healing Arts in Hua Hin. But I will let him tell you about that himself in the next post.
So until then..........
