Finding our spiritual path with help from Buddha, El Morya and Sanat Kumara

A few weeks back Buddha, my first practical Ascended Master teacher, stepped forward once more, to speak about me.

He talked about all of us having potentials  - potentials to serve. And that reminded me of all the different types of paths we have before us – and how hard it is to know what we are doing is right. We are told there is never a wrong choice, only different paths.  And this reminded of the teachings I’ve had over the years from the Masters , about learning to choose a path.

We all know Buddhas version – “choose the middle path”. Buddha showed me one day the meaning of the middle path. He sat across from me in his princely finery, pearls and jewels, silks all flowed about him.

He sat as he was before he found enlightenment and across from him I sat as a Saddhu – a male, naked, covered in ash, with my long hair tied in top knots on my head. We sat as two extremes of life. He said, neither of these life paths allow for seeing and knowing beyond their limitations – take the middle path between these two extremes, knowing both and so knowing and feeling more. The middle path is a heart path.

Years later, El Morya steps up and tells me if a path is hard, then perhaps it isn’t working, look for a simple solution. So, I’ve found if life feels hard or wrong I reassess my path. Sure life can get tough, but is this because of the choices we have made. We don’t have to have it hard.

The next Ascended Master to advise on paths was Sanat Kumara. At that time I felt like I was walking in circles. I couldn’t find a direction. Decisions were hard, life purposeless – I was lost. Sanat Kumara taught me a technique of finding the right path.

Take your attention to your pineal gland (in the centre of your head) - feel the consciousness present. Take this consciousness above your body – as far as you feel is right and then look out around you. Somewhere out there is a bright light – that is the path you seek. Orientate you conscious awareness towards that light. Everyday keep orientating yourself towards that light.

Now a few people say there is light all around – then you are on your perfect path and congratulations. If you see more than one light then you have choices to make. I ask for the perfect path to be revealed in that case. There is usually one brighter than the others.

At different times in my life – the Ascended Masters gave me different advice and all came in perfect Divine timing.  I’m sure there are countless ways of looking at paths and these are only a few – I hope one of them talks to you at this time in your life.
