The origin of this letter is unknown, it was sent to me via email. My suggestion is to read the following, concentrating on the heart chakra and to allow your feelings and emotions that arise to mingle with the written word and to truly digest the inner meaning as it is for you. Then after inner acceptance use your breath to release the emotions you are holding.
If you feel nothing the mind maybe tricking you - panting ( not too much) can keep the mind busy and allow your emotions to come to the surface rather than keeping them repressed.
Rest for a while after you have done this exercise to allow youself to come back into balance on all levels. These words may help you shift to a deeper level of knowingness pertinent for you at this time.

Life's twists and turns have prevented me from updating my posts. Having said that, I have been searching for a message to share.
A friend emailed me this yesterday and so here we are.
