I sometimes wonder where time is going, as it speeds up one minute and then slows down.This morning for an example, I could not believe where time went as I hurriedly got prepared for my “Life between Lives” session. I get the hot water, tea and coffee with nibbles set up, my room all nice and tidy and warm and to be ready by 10am. This morning time seem to rush by so fast, it worried me but I was all ready as the client arrived 12 minutes early. Phew! He settled down ready for what I usually take as a 4-5 hour session and then he says “oh, I have only two hours!” Panic……We started into the session and time STOPPED! I got him through 2 past lives and over to the “the other side" to communicate with his Council etc and get some healing in as well…. He walked out even with his downloaded CD’s… and a VERY happy chappie.Now, I sat back and thought about this and if I am taking 5 hours for the other LBL’s, then how come I did it in 2 hours? I know life is an illusion and so I then decided to go out and do a few errands. Been there and done that and only 1.15pm…. and so my day has stretched out into being a time of no time as I create more time in my illusion.Being a skeptic and analytical, I am always searching for the truth. What is this illusion we call life? I pinch myself and I sure feel it. Someone else pinches me and I say ouch! I am real…. so I carry on looking for an explanation on this thing called an illusion.
They then remind me about the half empty or half full glass of water. What some thinks is being wealthy and another person feels extremely poor. Each one of us is creating what one feels, thinks and experiences as we hurtle through this experience we call “being human”. We are getting better at this as time moves along.
Yes, we all decide before we incarnate into this realm of being third dimensional human experience, and press “Go" and the game begins. We hold the controls and can stop or start at will. Everything is a choice. We make the choice and then it is created in our game. So we can do it with time.
So time is also like this. We set the clock and alarm and it goes off at the correct time. Same with our illusion. Now, all I need to learn is how to set the clock to produce not only time, but some money…oh yes, I forgot sorry. I did do that the other day, sorry I forgot. I am getting a necklace made and needed to pay the jeweler $200.00 and I had nothing. I was cleaning out my clinic and on the desk under the writing pad, I found…yes cash. A total of $230.00 worth in fact. I paid off my ring. Yes, life is an illusion that is for sure.
On that note, I will go and look in my closet and see if that nice sexy skinny body is still hanging up on the hanger and in my haste this morning of finding time speeding up, I grabbed the fat stubby body instead! Ho Hum!!!!!

Have you started to wonder what is going on? There are massive earthquakes, tornados, flooding .....you name it , we seem to be reading about it more often then ever now.Earth rotates in never ending circles, circles in a circle, like 7 minor cycles to ever major cycle. This one we are in now is nearing its end or back to the beginning so to speak.Let us say, each cycle lasts 26,000 years to make it easy. That is 13,000 years into the darkness, and then 13,000 years up into the light. Of those 13,000 years there are 1000 years per side or Zero point, or 2000 actually to be exact, this is called the "Photon Belt". In the centre of this 2000 year photon belt is a 20 year "portal" that opens up so we may move to a higher frequency.... This started in 1992 and ends in 2012.........as the Mayan calendar states.If this is factual, then these past 20 odd years have been so vital in our Souls evolution as we head towards our Ascension, that one cannot make any mistakes or create a Karma. So, what we create in this life as a karma needs to be balanced out in this life.
It has been said that we all came into this lifetime Karmic debt free.....nothing to pay back but a Karmic lesson yes! Hence many people are suffering and clearing as the energy is heightened. Hence why so many people are falling, losing their balance. Why we are becoming so forgetful as we are living more and more in the NOW!
We are nearing an end of this 3rd Dimensional Illusion and now in the 4th where we are you could say "weeded out"... why people are up in arms and saying to the Governments "ENOUGH"....illness etc.Why people are dying as they had decided at Soul level not to experience this massive shift we are IN NOW!
It is Not 20 hours but 20 years. Our 3 day initiations from the past in Temples along the Nile, in ancient countries, is now 20 years! Our Initiation is about not going into FEAR but being a good person and walking in LOVE, nothing else. Our DNA was already installed into the human species by Ascended Masters like Akhenaten, also known by other names, I will not confuse you with here.
This DNA is passed down from mother to daughter and son, from daughter to her children and is NOT the DNA passed down from both mother and father. This DNA is seated in the Nucleus of the cell, in the Mitrecondria.... the power house...and over the many 1000's of years, slowly man kind now carries this new DNA for our Ascension. Akhenaten proved this with around 300 woman ascending!
The Sirius experiement has worked. All we have to do now is ride this tide of energies that pulsates to us via the Suns Solar Flares, lightning bolts from the Sky and through our own collective. We have been programmed to succeed and ascend.....ONLY if we live a good life and do no harm to others. This includes also the animal and bird kingdom, the mammals etc.
One day the Creator will press the button and a new "station" will play...from heavy rock to classical music as the Earth is like the radio station. We are also.
These new and higher frequencies are affecting us, and can be quite painful if the energies move faster....so as each turn of the notch, we are feeling out of balance.
At each higher frequency we feel out of balance and fall, lose memory and so on, but in the long run we will NOT have to experience what we went through with the end of Lemuria (atomic energy used to shift the out core of mother Earth) to Atlantis when Earth shook and shifted in 20 hours...no more fear unless one has NOT reached the required level needed for a Soul to ascend into the most amazing "Heaven on Earth' you cannot believe.
We will take off our frosted glasses and see life as it truly is, like cleaning the most filthiest window and now being able to see clearly! I have had the experience to prove to me how easy this transition will be, and how amazing.
Hang in there as this ride has been orchestrated to be successful...so let us all dance and laugh as life sure is in for one hell of a ride into the most amaizng beautiful land we will call, HOME!

Oh it was awful and yet I did not have the fear as I understood, and I still hear their screams in my head to remind me... this time I must speak my truth.
And so be it. Do Not go into fear as all is going to the Divine plan and it is NOTHING to fear as the experience will be so amazing...trust me. They have shown me......they HAVE given me that experience so as to help others.....and this time will speak out and tell my truth.

Hi everyone on such a beautiful sunny day. Was not last nights amazing moon something? If you took the time to wander outside in the garden and experience natures art work of the Moons rays playing amongst the trees. My cat refused to come inside so I left her to wallow in the high energy. She came inside when she got cold, she was snuggled up in her bed this morning.The past month has seen many people struggling to come to terms with the energy shifts we are experiencing lately. So many folk falling over, and myself,……under the Physiotherapist and my CranioSacral Therapist friend, Sandra Chatwin, who has been working on the issue. We slowly rebalance and carry on with everyday lives.My phone and email box are full on with people asking about all of this, but what it boils down to, we must all do the best we can and not to forget to laugh. Life is too short and no one knows when their time is up. I read in the paper this morning of a husband chatting to his wife, next thing an accident out of the blue and she died! Now, imagine….
If someone you love yet fighting with suddenly has a stroke, heart attack whatever, or just out driving out in the country on a Sunday afternoons drive to visit the sea or whatever…..what would you like to be saying if one minute here, next minute they are gone.
I hear and know in my heart, one day we will ALL have this experience and so it is not to have any angry words to say, or think, whatever! Imagine you have just growled at someone and You have the stroke and can no longer talk ( yes, my Aunty has just had this happen)….you cannot say “I love you, or I forgive you’ and so you stay locked inside of your body and unable to express your thoughts via the spoken word….how frustrating this must be.
Same with sight… go outside and see the beauty around you, as maybe tomorrow, acid in your eyes and you become blind… another case history. How I learn from my clients, their stories.
One minute you are wealthy and money to spend on a $200 jersey, the next minute out of a job and into the Warehouse to buy one now for $20.00.
Everything in our lives is but a choice…..and every choice we make is perfect…… BUT………. God help us when we pass over and have to confront our Council and go over our lives…..what we did right and wrong, where we could make improvements by being more compassionate and understanding.
Not rushing to be judgmental as maybe your friend did not mean it what they said, but they were in pain and it all came out wrong! Oh, how I learn so much from my clients and try to change my ways to improve myself as in the end of it all, the Soul returns back “home’ and we judge ourselves! Not the Council…..but we do and guess what! Who is the toughest judge on your council….ourselves!
These shifts we are experiencing are harsh on some of us who are sensitive to the energy shifts, they agree, but it is so that our bodies slowly become accustomed to the different energy level so we handle the shift into a newer and amazing new life, which is like “Heaven on Earth”...so keep strong, stand tall and laugh….as life is exciting.
