When you are happy there is a reaction in chest.
This is your heart reacting when the feeling from the heart is working.
Remembering a happy moment and smiling freely...
When you are smiling freely the feelings from the heart become stronger.

Everyone has plenty of good reasons to be smiling.
If you don't smile, realize, if everyone smiled more...the world would be a happier place.
Take a moment...relax...smile and enjoy....
Close your eyes...
and smile sweetly...
without thinking about how to do it, smile to your heart...
Feel the nice feelings about your spiritual heart (at the centre of your chest across from your armpits.)
