I am:
A recent arrival from my native UK, I have re-located to this part of the world as I believe it holds special significance for both the physical and spiritual evolution of the planet. More importantly, it feels like home and that the time is right for me to ‘return’ here to continue the work I started and trained in in the UK.
My passion is for:
Educating and enlightening on the connection between our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health.
I help other people by:
Explaining how and why we become ill, dissolving the undischarged emotional and energetic resonances we carry within us that hold us back, and empowering individuals to live a life focused on creating wellness rather than avoiding illness.
My favourite type of healing is:
Of all the approaches, techniques, philosophies and models I have trained in, my favourite – simply because of the profound nature and speed with which responses and results can be obtained - has to be hypnosis. Although I only use it sparingly, its effects have been nothing short of miraculous in many cases.
Having said that, I prefer that individuals are consciously engaged in their healing sessions with me, meaning I employ all forms of energy psychology, where clients are able to have a real-time, undeniable, felt-sense experience of playing the major role in shifting their own blockages.
To me, living a holistic lifestyle means:
Taking care of the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of who we are, in whatever way we feel nourishes us the most.
My vision for a future world is:
For everyone to ‘tend to their own garden’, diligently and transparently, in the process realizing that there is no need to live in or with fear. This, I believe, will set us all free to live the authentic lives we are meant to live.
