Imagine a whole country where the population has a dynamic relationship with their environment - that locally, directly feeds them with the most vital of sustenance - fresh healthy, organic produce – that they grow themselves.

Now visualize the largest NZ city with close on 20 co-operative urban gardens doing just that already, with the probability of an extra 100 plus clusters spread across the Auckland landscape in the next 18 months. Community garden oases of verdant health that become the focal point for family, friends and neighbours to grow, meet and share in the spirit of goodwill.

What initially started with the Counties Manukau District Health Board to curtail the spiraling increase in diabetes has led to a pioneering approach to food growing and bettering ones health. This has been to enable local citizens to work in groups or singularly to learn and grow their own healthy food and exercise in a stress free setting to once again live more in tune with community and nature.

Listen to this exciting initiative and the profound possibilities of re-greening and gardening of suburbia and across the nation that in maximizing ones health, is also pulling many differing ethnic and cultural groups together to reestablish contact with the earth, community, share information and beat diabetes.

I have been learning with Spirit for over 20 years and I’ve come to understand that each challenge, each obstacle, each achievement no matter how big or small must be celebrated.

Because in just "living" we are being given the most amazing gift - the GIFT OF LIFE, of CONSCIOUSNESS of FREE WILL, and in this gift, just as we yearn for individuality, to be who we want to be, not who we are told to be or who we have become by needing to be liked, loved, wanted, needed, dominated by a stronger personality or indeed dominating others due to a need for control - which is often a outer reflection of our inner fears - being alone, unloved, not wanted or needed and not liked.

We yearn for HAPPINESS - and in this GIFT OF LIFE - we can have it. We can have it ALL. It's just practice!

It's about getting your "Head" right and listening to your "Heart"

For each of you who is reading this, you have asked for change, you want help and the best help that anyone can give you is to help you learn how to help yourself - through me this is Spirit’s gift to you.

Do you want to step off the cliff into what appears to be uncertainty and yet have an inner KNOWING - an inner ability to TRUST that through the divine all will be taken care of, opportunities will open for you at the right time and place and when it seems as though things can’t get any worse and they do - to just KNOW that Spirit will never give you challenges that you are unable to manage and that through divine light and guidance you will come through the dark times into the light - for change is abundant and today is not tomorrow and tomorrow is not today.

I will teach you how to attune with Spirit and the wonders, comfort, inspiration and knowingness this will bring.

If I can facilitate your ability to communicate with Spirit and your Higher Self then I am using my gifts as part of my soul purpose for this life time and so I thank you for the opportunity.
