With Kim Knight, Director of the Mickel Therapy Clinic Auckland.

Are you or your clients stressed?

Do you know how to recognize the signs?

Do you know the toll that stress has on the body?

During this seminar we will cover:

  • What Stress actually is and why is it so damaging to the mind / body
  • How and why stress is created in the body, and how if left unresolved ‘dis-ease’ can turn into disease
  • How the body uses symptoms of pain to communicate its needs to the mind and how we can interpret this communication
  • The difference between intellectual and emotional intelligence, and the importance of cultivating emotional intelligence
  • How unresolved stress and emotions can eventually build up to debilitating conditions such as chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia
  • Simple ways you can learn to monitor and reduce your stress levels so that balance and inner peace is restored in your life
