Henri and Catherine met on Waiheke Island, a small island close to the city of Auckland in New Zealand, in 2007.
When they met, magic began to happen and very soon they realized their purpose was to connect their 20 years of experience in the natural health and healing arena in order to create a new way of working with energy medicine. Balanced Energy Ltd. was born.
All Balanced Energy processes and ingredients are as pure, natural, organic, sustainable and fair trade as we can possibly make them.

Balanced Energy Ltd. Ethics

Balanced Energy Ltd is a company based on Waiheke Island, a small island with a population of 7000. Waiheke is a Maori word meaning “where the water comes down”. The island is a 35 minute ferry ride from Auckland City in the North Island of New Zealand. The climate is sub-tropical.

Balanced Energy products are made on Waiheke Island; some of our ingredients we cannot source in New Zealand are imported.

Waiheke Island is a perfect place to make our products due to the clean and unpolluted atmosphere. No smog, very little electro-smog, which is important for creating a pure energy medicine.
Our water supply is rainwater and we have a grey water system to recycle wastewater onto our garden and through our toilets to reduce water usage.

Waiheke Island has a very strict recycling policy because we have to send all our waste for landfill off the island to be disposed of. So, at Balanced Energy, we recycle all our glass, paper, cardboard, plastic, plastic bags, green waste, cans, oil and scrap metal and the transfer station has a shop which sells any items that can be reused.
