Sound workshop this Saturday 5-7pm 14 Mills Lane Albany, Yoga Studio $30 or Donation

I knew I wanted to talk to Tamara after hearing she was working in sound therapy and writing some books, because I had really enjoyed a workshop with Mikal Nielsen.

Anyway I had a chat with Tamara about this Saturdays workshop that she is doing from 5-7pm in the yoga studio that I thought I would record on my soundfile collection which you can hear from the link below:

Tamara is asking $30 or donation for the two hour workshop so it is a great opportunity to tap into ten years experience of sound therapy knowledge.

From a little more reading, it seems Tamara combines Acupressure with sound therapy, so it should be an interesting combination.
I am trying a session today and have a good feeling about it.

She is also planning on doing another 2-3 hour workshop around the 18th December either Friday or Saturday for those miss this one as well as for those who enjoy this one.
