Looking for a flatmate to share a wonderful house set on 10 acres just 3 minutes from Westgate shopping centre and 15 minutes to the CBD or North Shore.

Also open to the possibility of someone using this place as a base for their natural therapy practice.

Lockwood style home with modern kitchen and two bathrooms. Down long ROW, 360 degree views of rolling fields and sheep, very tranquil, sleep in peace and be nurtured by the energy of nature. And yet only a 10 minute walk to the local dairy. Location map.

There is very little outside maintenance as the landlord looks after the acreage. However, I am looking for someone who is happy to help share responsibility for the gardening of the immediate section. You also have the opportunity to grow your own veggies and all food scraps are composted.

Choice of one or two rooms, the largest in the house, both with ranch sliders onto deck overlooking garden. Own bathroom with bath and shower (over bath). There is also the possibility if you are a practitioner, of sharing a clinic space.

I am looking for a like-minded individual (eco-friendly, wholistic, spiritually-aware) to share this very special space. My last flatmate was here 3 years and moved on to buy his own home.

Rent includes power, lawns, firewood, garden bag, water rates and weekly cleaner.

Ideally it will be someone who is:

· a non-smoker

· tidy (although what you do in your room(s) is up to you!)

· happy to have your own phone line (just needs hooking up)

· happy to be self-responsible and self-accountable for your share of the housework

· happy to pay for the privilege of living in such a special place with plenty of privacy

· is ok with cats ( I have two gorgeous cats)

· likely to be in your 40’s to 50’s and on the same wavelength

· may watch some TV but doesn’t sit on the couch all day, and hopefully dislikes the negativity of the news and mindless violence of so many current programs

· good sense of humour and able to speak open and honestly about things

· sociable but doesn’t feel the need to fill every empty space with talk, and honours each other’s space

· happy to have your own fridge

· happy to live WIFI free due to the negative effects of EMF radiation (broadband fine, just no WIFI – see my article on the HL site on Wifi for more info)

· preferably want somewhere to live long-term that you can really feel at home, possibility of bringing living room furniture if you need a place for it

One room $246 per week, Two rooms $325 per week (costs included as above)
